Ingredients
1 scoop Life Health Complete Vegan Protein
1 scoop Life Health Inulin
1/2 cup oat milk (I used OKJA)
1/2 cup water
5g chia seeds
25g GF rolled oats (optional)
1 handful baby spinach
20g natural peanut butter
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 banana
2 blocks ice
Preparation
1. Pop all your ingredients into a jug or a cup and allow to soak for at least 20 mins. This softens the oats + activates the chia seeds for easier digestions.
Tip? Prepare this the night before for easy-blitzing in the morning.
2. Blitz to combine and enjoy immediately.
