Ingredients
PEACH POPSICLE:
200 g Vanilla Yogurt
1 scoop Life Health Vanilla Whey Protein
2 Peach slices
1 Tsp Raw Honey
A few drops peach essence (optional)
CHOCOLATE POPSICLE:
200g Vanilla/ Plain/Chocolate Yogurt (depending on how chocolatey you desire)
1 scoop Life Health Chocolate Whey Protein
1 Tbs Cocoa Powder
Sliced almonds
HONEY POPSICLE:
200 g Full Cream Greek Yogurt
1 Scoop Life Health Vanilla Whey Protein
2 - 3 Tbs Raw honey (to taste)
Preparation
To make peach Popsicle:
Combine all ingredients except the peach slices together until a completely smooth mixture occurs. Then prepare your mould (freezing instructions below) by placing a peach slice at the bottom of the mould and pouring mixture over it - then place the second slice on top in step 2 of freezing process. To make chocolate popsicle: Whisk together all ingredients (except nuts) until completely combined then place in mould - sprinkle almonds atop in step 2 of freezing process.
For honey popsicle: Combine all ingredients and place in mould. to freeze: (1) Place desired yogurt mixture in desired moulds, and place into a freezer. (2) After 15 minutes remove from freezer and gently mix the mixture to break icles then place decorative items atop. (3) place moulds back in the freezer and freeze for further 2 hours
