About the Recipe
The last two weeks has been all about Gut health Goodness and I thought no better way to wrap up Gut Health with my favourite Gut Boosting Pops!
These pops not only contain Prebiotics from the Inulin but also Probiotics from the Yoghurt and antioxidants from the berries and the granadillas.
I have made them with both Life Health SA’s Inulin prebiotic Fibre Powder and Life Health SA’s L – Glutamine, as L – Glutamine also has some incredible Gut Health benefits such as easy spams.
So, with no further a-do let us get blending!
Ingredients
1 Cup of Plain Yoghurt
6 Granadillas
1 Teaspoon of Honey
5 scoops of Life Health SA Inulin Prebiotic Fibre or Life Health SA Pure L-Glutamine Powder
Basil (Optional)
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mixed until all ingredients are incorperated.
Pour Mixture into Popsicle molds and place in freezer until frozen.
Enjoy when set! FYI – Run the popsicles under luke warm water for a minute to add in removing the popsicle from the mold.
