About the Recipe
Healthy food doesn't have to be dreadful. Here is a fake-away baked chicken that has all the crisp and even more of the flavour that makes heathy options easier to choose whilst not compromising the flavour that we absolutely adore. Quick. Easy. Delicious.
Ingredients
· 4 chicken breast fillets
· 2 eggs whisked with ½ cup water
· 3 cups rolled oats
· 1tbs paprika
· 1 tbs ground garlic powder
· 1 tbs onion powder
· ½ tbs chilli powder
· Coconut oil spray
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Place the oats in a food process for about 15 seconds to break them up.
3. Combine the oats, and spices herbs on a plate and mix to combine.
4. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture then coat in the oat mixture.
5. Lay them out on an oven tray.
6. Spray with coconut oil
7. Bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes, turning halfway through. Or place them in an air fryer until cooked – whichever is easiest for you.
